6:00 PM Flag Ceremony The traditional Flag Ceremony marks the beginning of a wonderful week of fishing and friendship. (CNSJ Ballroom) (Ladies - Cocktail Attire, Men - Jacket required)

6:00 AM Breakfast at the Club
6:30 AM Leave for El Morro Fort to witness our famous Shoot-out! (Bimini Start) - one of the most photographed events in fishing
8:00 AM (Bimini Start) - one of the most photographed events in fishing Chocolate, Art & Wine - Tour of chocolate plantation Hacienda Chocolat. After the tour you’ll enjoy creating your own work of art while eating, sipping wine, and tasting their exclusive single- estate chocolates creations. (Comfy and fresh attire, walking shoes. NO open shoes, sleeves tank tops and/or spaguetti straps, shorts or bermudas for security reasons)
